2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Refund and Return can be requested within 2 days of receipt.
  • Customer entitled to ask for return and refund if the item received in a damaged condition (torn and stain) and unusable.
  • Item received by the customer does not match specification stated on the invoice.
  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Returns is not accepted if

  • Wrong Product, Specification or dimension because the mistake from the Customer
  • Product is Used or Washed
  • Product is damaged by Customer
  • Customer want to change the specification and reduce quantity of order after payment has been made.
  • Refund and Return product requested after 2 days from the product received

3. Return Process

  • We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days (typically 2-10 business days).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We may ask for photos of the damage to process your claim.
  • We will inspect it and notify you of the status of your report, and if it proven we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
